Credit/Return/Refund Policy

Our policies are designed to be transparent and customer friendly.
Account Credit from “Sale” or “Refund”:
- To sell ammunition in your account, simply click the “Sell” button and confirm the sale to receive account credit promptly. You can conveniently utilize this credit for future AmmoInvest purchases.
- Only unshipped ammunition can be sold or returned.
- When a Customer buys a caliber of ammunition on our website or app, AmmoInvest purchases and ships the corresponding ammo to our secure warehouse in Montana free of sales tax, the ammunition is warehoused for them until they sell it, return it, or have it shipped to them.
- If a Customer sells or returns their ammo, AmmoInvest handles it the same way. In the event of a “sale,” the ammo is returned at the current sale price minus any fees. In the event of a “return,” the ammo is returned at its original sale price minus any applicable fees.
- A Customer credit can be “Cashed Out” on the website or app when the Customer desires it.
- The ” Sale ” process is handled through the website or app, but a “Return” must be handled by contacting Customer Service.
Refund Process for “Sale” or “Refund”:
For those seeking a refund to the original payment method:
- Transactions older than 90 days may receive a physical refund check or arrange for a wire transfer.
- Sale: We request a 30-day window to resell your ammunition to another customer before processing a refund. If, after 30 days, we are unable to resell your ammunition, you can request the funds become credits in your account, or you can grant us additional time to find another customer.
- Refund: After confirming with Customer Service, we request a 30-day window to process a refund at the original purchase price minus any fees.
