Shipping, Storage Policy and Sales Tax Policy

Shipping and Storage:
There is no additional shipping or storage cost when you purchase ammunition to have us store it for you in our secure warehouse in Montana. The Service Fee includes shipping to our facility as well as storage.
Shipping to Our Customer Limitations:
AREAS WHERE WE CANNOT SHIP AMMUNITION (Subject to Change): - Any location outside of the Continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
P.O. Boxes cannot be used for shipping as UPS and FedEx require a physical address.
AREAS WHERE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS APPLY BEFORE SHIPPING:
California: In compliance with current regulations, we are now required to ship ammunition to an FFL Dealer or Ammo Dealer.
Connecticut: Prior to shipping, we must have a copy of your Driver’s License and Permit to Carry or Ammunition Certificate.
Illinois: To proceed with shipping, we need a Valid Firearms Identification Card on file, along with a Driver’s License or State ID.
Massachusetts: We require a valid LTC (License to Carry) or FID (Firearms Identification Card) on file before shipping.
New Jersey: A Valid Firearms Identification Card must be on file before we can proceed with shipping.
New York: While we are unable to ship to New York City, we can ship to other locations within the state.
Please ensure that you meet the specific requirements mentioned above to facilitate a smooth shipping process.
Shipping Logistics, Cost:
Shipping and Handling:
If you want your ammunition shipped to you, you have the option to choose between UPS or FedEx. The cost of shipping will be charged to you. To safeguard your shipment, you can add shipping insurance at a rate of either $1.50 or 1.5% of the package value, whichever is greater. Please refer to the Shipping Insurance section below for comprehensive coverage details. Additionally, if you require an adult signature upon delivery, an extra fee of $6.00 can be added.
Shipping Times:
After your order is purchased and fulfilled, we anticipate the ammunition being shipped and arriving at our secured warehouse between 7-10 days after purchase. Upon arrival to our warehouse, we require a minimum of 7 days to ship your ammunition. If your ammunition is already at the warehouse, shipping times will be reduced.
Shipping Insurance:
We offer the option to add shipping insurance to your shipment. It is important to note that if you decline shipping insurance, you assume responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. Regardless of insurance selection, we highly recommend that customers closely track their shipments and utilize the carrier’s online delivery tool to customize delivery time, date, or location if they are unable to be present during the initial delivery. For enhanced security, we also provide signature required service.
Coverage Details:
If you opt for shipping insurance and your package is lost or damaged during transit by the shipping carrier, we will conduct a thorough investigation and engage in the carrier claim process. Upon completion, we will provide you with an account credit equivalent to the dollar value of the lost or damaged portion of your shipment. It is important to note that shipping insurance solely covers packages while they are in transit, which refers to everything that occurs before the package is delivered to your doorstep. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery or to arrange for an alternative delivery location. Please be aware that packages left unattended on doorsteps are susceptible to theft and are not covered under our shipping insurance policy.
Notification Requirements for Insurance Claims:
In the event of a lost package during transit, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of the original delivery date, or sooner, so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier. For damaged packages, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs showcasing any damage to the outer box, inner boxes, tape, etc. This will enable us to file a claim with the carrier promptly.
Package Theft Notice:
Package Theft Notice: Please be aware that our shipping insurance coverage ceases once the carrier marks the package as DELIVERED. In the event of suspected package theft, it is necessary for you to file a theft report with the police and reach out to your home or renter insurance for potential coverage. If you possess evidence indicating that the carrier did not deliver the package, we will collaborate with you to initiate a carrier theft investigation. In such cases, we can offer an account credit if carrier theft is confirmed.
Taxes:
The State of Montana does not have a sales tax for the purchase of ammunition, so we do not charge you a tax when you purchase ammunition and have them shipped and stored in our Montana facility. If the order is shipped to you, you are responsible for paying the retail tax for your location.
